Ysleta del Sur Pueblo (YDSP) Tigua Indian Employment and Training Program (TIETP) staff, has crafted the following training strategies to ensure the development and preparation of participants entering the labor market. Staff focuses on key strategies that the program will implement to ensure that participant training is matched to growing industry sectors and available training programs. They also assure that targeted employees correlate with the jobs in industries that are predicted to be in high demand. Above all, staff creates a seamless delivery system method that looks to address all areas of participants needs and creates provisions that link participants to all the resources they need to excel.
The Ysleta del Sur Pueblo (YDSP) Tigua Indian Employment and Training Program (TIETP) staff will continue to provide core Workforce Investment Act (WIA) services. However, staff will tailor services, partnerships, and linkages to address economic trends, industry clusters, and up-and-coming technology education, and local resources. Mainstay core services and training service delivery will be augmented by key strategies to ensure that training objectives are met.
