The Ysleta del Sur Pueblo Tigua Indian Employment and Training Program continuously will research and keep abreast of up and coming trends. In keeping with the projected trends, the program will adhere to the strategic plan, but encourage flexibility as the need arises. Program efforts will be directed at pertinent occupational training and matching Native American employee candidates to prevailing industry employers. Additionally, the structure, processes and leadership of the program must also transform itself to assist participants to succeed in a technology-based and knowledge-driven era. Changes in technology; changes in local industries, and changes to the workforce are the key forces that will revolutionize service delivery and program design to meet participant needs. These industries are targeted because they are considered as high growth industries at the national, state and local levels and are projected to add a sizeable number of jobs.
